Flex Spending

Paid Holidays
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving (floating holiday for everyone), Christmas Day, and one additional floating holiday.
Paid Vacation
- 1 week – after (1) year of employment
- 2 weeks – (2) to (9) years of employment
- 3 weeks – (10) to (14) years of employment
- 4 weeks – after (15) years of employment
Paid Sick Leave
Available after (90) days of employment.
Weekly Pay
Mission Rubber hourly employees are paid weekly, on Fridays. Direct deposit is available.
401K Plan

After one (1) year of employment, Mission Rubber employees may elect to participate in the company sponsored 401(k) plan.
Defined Contribution: Non-contributor plan, 20% vested at the end of two (2) years of employment, and 20% per year thereafter, until 100% vested (6) years.
Ways to Earn Extra Money

Referral Incentive Program: $250
If you refer a new employee and the employee works for (30) days, you will receive $100. Then after (90) days you will receive an additional $150. New hire cannot miss more than (3) days during this 90-day period.
